This Privacy Policy explains how TinyFlare Studio ("we", "our", "us"), the developer and data controller for the Games, collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games (the "Games").

1. Information We Collect

• Device Information: device ID, operating system, hardware model, language, region.
• Advertising Information: advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / IDFA), ad interactions and impressions. Collected for personalized ads only with your consent.
• Usage Information: anonymous gameplay events such as levels played, session length and app version, used to understand how the Games are played and to fix problems.
• In-App Purchase Information: purchase confirmation for the Remove Ads item. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we do not collect or store payment card details or purchase history.

Game progress and your Remove Ads entitlement are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the Games deletes them and we cannot recover them. Purchases can be restored through Google Play.

2. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases

• Provide and operate the Games - legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Personalized ads - legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Non-personalized ads - legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics to improve the Games - legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Process purchases and provide support - legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

3. Advertising and Consent

Our Games are ad-supported. For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalized advertising, using a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (IAB TCF). Without consent you will still play the Games but see only non-personalized ads.

You can change or withdraw your choices anytime via the in-app Privacy Settings (shown where consent applies) or your device's ad settings. The advertising partners we work with are listed in Appendix A.

4. Third-Party Services

These services may collect data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play / Apple App Store - in-app purchase processing
• Google Firebase Analytics - usage analytics. Advertising ID collection is disabled for analytics.

5. International Data Transfers

Some providers are located outside the EEA, including the US. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:

• Advertising data: up to 14 months, as set by our advertising partner
• Analytics data: up to 14 months
• Purchase records: held by Google Play under its own retention rules; we keep no copy

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact tinyflarestudio@gmail.com.

8. US State Privacy Rights

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing identifiers with our advertising partner for personalized ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws (for example the CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out through your device's ad settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads) and, where the in-app Privacy Settings are shown, through the Games. Residents of those states may also request access to or deletion of their data by emailing us.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information described here. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

Our Games are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from users below the applicable age of consent. Where a user is identified as under that age, we serve only non-personalized ads and limit data collection. Some jurisdictions set a higher threshold (up to 18) before personalized ads are allowed; we apply that where required. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy and will post changes here with an updated date.
